The word "witness" (also means testifier) comes from a root word that means martyr.

God's Love Letter

We can't understand how great God's love for us is. But we need to grow in experiencing his love to receive more power to live as He wants us to. Even from the Old Testament in Hosea, we can see his amazing love for his chosen ones.

Nobody would like to hear at the end of their life that they didn't really count. There are ways to avoid this. In sports and other competitive fields, winners often acknowledge the support of their families who made their achievements possible. How are we doing as a church family? What can we do to make our lives "count"?

You can grow in your prayer life if you know the lay of the land better. There are many dimensions of prayer.

Ferdi also introduced the concept of "sandwich" prayer where joy and thanksgiving form part of your conversation with God.

When would action, passion, participation, devotion in a certain protocol, willing committing to lifestyle result in worship?
