Romans 12:2,3 Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will. For by the grace given me I say to every one of you: Do not think of yourself more highly than you ought, but rather think of yourself with sober judgment, in accordance with the faith God has distributed to each of you. |
Ginger and the youth from Chilliwack led worship today. Ginger also shared her moving testimony with the congregation. Jarius Trelenberg also shared his testimony and challenged us in his message to respond to the changes God is making in our lives.

Ruth directed a Christmas musical with kids from the community. It is a humorous rendition/variation of the well known story, titled "Mary Marry Merry Christmas!" (See the video) Thanks to all who helped - it involved many people, not only our congregation. We heard some stories of how people celebrated Christmas in their youth and in different parts of the world. Afterwards George and his helpers provided a wonderful meal for 120 persons. Church was a joy today. Young Levi treated us to a song. Pastor Dwayne's message concentrated on Jesus. It included a demonstration with a baby, and was so motivational to realize that nothing you can do can make God love you less, and nothing you can do can make God love you more! God's love is so amazing! The video clip we listened to was a spontaneous moment from WorshipU On Campus 2015. Levi blessed us by giving us some of his CDs too!
Pastor Dwayne related more stories of the property that we bought and is now paid for. God has a purpose for it. It is part of a legacy that will be used by future generations as a tool in God's Kingdom.
