How to identify lies that are stealing from the life God intended for you.  Ferdi and Marina made turns to share the message.
We watched The Prodigal as told by THE SKIT GUYS
At the end we listened to a video of "The Father's Love Letter".
Karen gave a touching testimony after we greeted them.
John 14:23 NIV (scripture) 23 Jesus replied, "If anyone loves me, he will obey my teaching. My Father will love him, and  we will come to him and make our home with him.
John 14:23 AMP (scripture) 23 Jesus answered, If a person [really] loves Me,  he will keep My word [obey My teaching]; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our home (abode, special  dwelling place) with him.

John 15:15 NIV (scripture) 15 I no longer call you servants, because a servant does not know his master's business. Instead, I have called you friends, for everything that I learned from my Father I have made known to you.

Proverbs 4:23 NIV (scripture) 23 Above all else, guard your heart, for it is  the wellspring of life.
Proverbs 4:23 AMP (scripture) 23 Keep and guard your heart with all vigilance and above all that you gu ard, for out of it flow thesprings of life.

John 8:32 NIV (scripture) 32 Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set  you free.

John 14:6 NIV (scripture) 6 Jesus answered, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.

John 8:43-44 NIV (scripture) 43 Why is my language not clear to you? Because you are unable  to hear what I say. 44 You belong to your father, the devil, and you want to carry out your father's desire. He was a murderer from the beginning, not holding to the truth, for there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks his native language, for he is  a liar and the father of lies.

3 lies:
 1) God doesn't love you and neither does anybody  else
 2) You are worthless - of no value
 3) God won't take care of you - your needs won't be met

 Reactions
1) Pride (trust myself)
2) Rebellion (reject God, others)

John 14:16-17 NIV (scripture) 16 And I will ask the Father, and he will give you  another Counselor to be with you forever--17 the Spirit of truth. The world cannot accept him, because it neither sees him nor  knows him. But you
know him, for he lives with you and will be in you.

John 15:26 NIV (scripture) 26 "When the Counselor comes, whom I will se nd to you from the Father, the Spirit of truth who goes outfrom the Father, he will testify about me.
John 16:13 NIV (scripture ) 13 But when he, the Spirit of truth, comes, he will guide you into all truth. He will not speak on his own;he will speak only  what he hears, and he will tell you what is yet to come.

 Luke 15:11-32 NIV (scripture)
11 Jesus continued: "There was a man who had two sons. 12 The younger one said to his father, 'Father, give me my share of the estate.' So he divided his property between them. 13 "Not long after that, the younger son got together all he had, set off for a distant country and there squandered hi s wealth in wild living.14 After he had spent everything, there was a severe famine in that whole country, and he began to bein  need.
15 So he went and hired himself out to a citizen of that country, who sent him to his fields to feed pigs.16 He longed to  fill his stomach with the pods that the pigs were eating, but no one gave him anything.
17 "When he came to his senses, he said , 'How many of my father's hired men have food to spare, andhere I am starving to death!18 I will set out and go back to my fath er and say to him: Father, I have sinned against heaven and against you. 19 I am no longer worthy to be called your son; make me  like one of your hired men.'
20 So he got up and went to his father. "But while he was still a long way off, his father saw him  and wasfilled with compassion for him; he ran to his son, threw his arms around him and kissed him.
21 "The son said to him, 'Fa ther, I have sinned against heaven and against you. I am no longer worthyto be called your son. '22 "But the father said to his  servants, 'Quick! Bring the best robe and put it on him. Put a ring on his
finger and sandals on his feet.

23 Bring the fattened  calf and kill it. Let's have a feast and celebrate.
24 For this son of mine was dead and is alive again; he was lost and is found.' So they began to celebrate. 25 "Meanwhile, the older son was in the field. When he came near the house, he heard music and dancing. 26 So he  called one of the servants and asked him what was going on.
27 'Your brother has come,' he replied, 'and your father has killed  the fattened calf because he has him back safe and sound.' 28 "The older brother became angry and refused to go in. So his father  went out and pleaded with him.
29 But he answered his father, 'Look! All these years I've been slaving for you and never disobeyed your orders. Yet you never gave me even a young goat so I could celebrate with my friends.30 But when this son of yours who  has squandered your property with prostitutes comes home, you kill
the fattened calf for him!'31 "'My son,' the father said, 'you are always with me, and everything I have is yours.
32 But we had to celebrate and be glad, because this brother of yours was  dead and is alive again; he was lost and is found.'"
