Worship: "Build My Church"

How much does worship form part of the foundation on which Jesus is building his church? That was the main part of pastor Dwayne's message.  We also prayed for Jarius Trelenberg who is going to Bible School for 2 years.

Matthew 16:18 And I tell you that you are Peter,
 and on this rock I will build my church, and the gates of Hades will not overcome it.
 
Isaiah 14:13-14 You said in your heart, "I will ascend to heaven; I will raise my throne above the stars of God; I will sit enthroned on the mount of assembly, on the utmost heights of the sacred mountain.
14 I will ascend above the tops of the clouds; I will make myself like the Most High."
Isaiah 14:11 All your pomp has been brought down to the grave, along with the noise of your harps; maggots are spread out beneath you and worms cover you.
  
Acts 1:4 On one occasion, while he was eating with them, he gave them this command: "Do not leave Jerusalem, but wait for the gift my Father promised, which you have heard me speak about.
  
1 Corinthians 12:8-10
8 To one there is given through the Spirit the message of wisdom,
  to another the message of knowledge by means of the same Spirit,
9 to another faith by the same Spirit,
  to another gifts of healing by that one Spirit,
10 to another miraculous powers,
 to another prophecy, to another distinguishing between spirits,
 to another speaking in different kinds of tongues, and to still another the interpretation of tongues.
 
Ephesians 4:11 It was he who gave

 some to be prophets,
 some to be evangelists,
